Shipping and Returns

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our Canadian studio and trusted partner facilities in Canada and the USA to deliver as quickly as possible.

Processing times

  • Made to order items like apparel, mugs, journals, candles, and wall art: usually 2 to 5 business days to make.

  • Ready to ship items: usually 1 to 2 business days to dispatch.
    Processing begins once your order is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times appear at checkout and in your tracking email. Typical timeframes after dispatch:

  • Canada: 2 to 8 business days depending on the service selected and your location

  • USA: 3 to 8 business days depending on the service selected and your location

Please note these are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect delivery.

Shipping rates and promotions

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Any free shipping promotions or thresholds will be clearly displayed on site when available.

Order tracking

All parcels include tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest updates. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors, and look in safe drop locations. Then contact the carrier. If you still need help, reach out to us with your order number.

Split shipments

To get your items to you sooner, your order may ship in multiple parcels from different partner facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

Address changes and cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order enters production or ships. Once production starts or the parcel is in transit, changes are no longer guaranteed.

Duties and taxes

For cross border orders, duties and taxes may apply based on your region and will be shown or calculated at checkout whenever possible. Any additional fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of items

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging where applicable. For candles, the wick must be unburned and the candle unused.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned with visible wear, washing, or damage not due to transit

Defects and damages

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. In these cases, we cover return or replacement shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@faithculture.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

  3. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size, color, or design, please place a new order for the item you want and start a return for the original item. This ensures the fastest turnaround and size availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take 3 to 10 business days to post the credit. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after our confirmation, please check with your bank or card issuer. If it still has not posted after 10 business days, contact us and we will assist.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and want to return it, we can provide store credit to you once the return is received and approved.

Marketplace orders

If you purchased a Faith Culture product through a marketplace such as Amazon, please follow the return steps listed on that platform. Some policies and return label processes may differ from purchases made directly on FaithCulture.ca. If you need help, contact us with your marketplace order number.

Wrong address, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages

Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up may be reshipped once you confirm the correct address and pay any reshipment costs. If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
