Do you ship within Canada and the USA?

Yes. We ship locally within Canada and the United States. Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days. Most Canadian deliveries arrive in 3 to 8 business days after processing. USA deliveries usually arrive in 5 to 12 business days. Final delivery estimates appear at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address. A tracking link is also emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

What is your processing and shipping time?

Most orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier selected at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Start your return by emailing hello@faithculture.ca with your order number. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email hello@faithculture.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund according to our policy.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Email hello@faithculture.ca as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Do you offer a first order discount?

Yes. First time customers get 10 percent off with code WELCOME10. Enter the code at checkout or visit /discount/WELCOME10 to auto apply it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Gift wrapping is available on select items such as gift boxes during checkout. If the option appears, you can include a simple gift note.

Can I personalize a design?

We currently do not offer custom text or personalized designs. Our collection features ready to ship Christian mugs, scripture wall art, journals, totes, and apparel.

Where are your products made?

All designs are created in Canada. Production is handled by trusted partners to ensure quality and fast delivery for Canada and the USA.

Are your products eco friendly?

We strive to use responsible materials and packaging where possible. Check each product page for details such as paper type, inks, fabrics, or manufacturing notes.

What sizes and materials do you use?

Size charts and material details are shown on each product page. Posters list paper type and available sizes. Apparel pages include a size guide.

How do I care for my items?

Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe unless noted. Apparel should be washed inside out in cold water and tumble dried low. Posters should be framed or kept away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing for churches or organizations?

Yes. We support church groups and events with bulk pricing. Email hello@faithculture.ca with product names and quantities for a custom quote.

Are taxes or import fees included?

Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If a carrier applies import or handling fees at delivery, those are the responsibility of the recipient.
