Before choosing a size, measure a similar garment that fits you comfortably. Lay it flat and measure across the chest from underarm to underarm, then measure from the highest shoulder point to the hem. These are garment measurements, rather than body measurements. Shipping: Standard shipping is included. Processing: Made to order, usually dispatched in 2 to 5 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 2 to 8 business days in Canada and 3 to 8 business days in the United States. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.
Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items, unworn and unwashed where applicable. Customer pays ordinary return shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days with photos; we cover required return or replacement shipping for confirmed issues. Personalized, custom-made and Final Sale items are excluded from ordinary returns.
